1. General Information

When and where are the events taking place?

XBIZ Amsterdam and X3 Expo will take place September 11–12 at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA). XBIZ Amsterdam will be held on the upper level, while X3 Expo will occupy the lower, main level. The XMA Awards show will take place September 13 at Theater Amsterdam.

Is there an official hotel where everyone stays?

No. Passenger Terminal Amsterdam is an event-only venue and does not offer hotel accommodations. To accommodate record attendance, room blocks will be secured at several nearby hotels. Visit the XBIZ Amsterdam website for more information.

What are the registration costs?

Free registration is available for qualified creators/stars, affiliates, traffic brokers and networks. Members of XBIZ.net are eligible for discounted admission. Members of XBIZ.net qualify to receive discounted event registration.

Do I need separate badges or tickets for each event?

No. A badge for either XBIZ Amsterdam or X3 Expo grants access to both events. However, non-nominees must purchase a separate ticket to attend the XMA Europe Awards.

What does my show badge cover in terms of access?

Your event badge grants access to all conference seminars, workshops, networking activities, special events and the expo show floor. The XMA Europe Awards is a separately ticketed event for non-nominees.

Are the events 18+?

Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for badge pickup and entry.

2. Industry Professionals

When will a detailed schedule be released?

The full conference schedule will be released in August.

What topics will be covered during the conference?

The program will cover a wide range of topics relevant to creators, content producers, webmasters, marketers and other industry professionals.

Will I be able to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion of each session, time permitting.

Can I attend all sessions, or do I need to choose specific ones in advance?

You may attend as many sessions as you like. However, because some sessions will run concurrently, you won't be able to attend every session. We recommend reviewing the schedule in advance and planning accordingly.

Will the sessions be streamed online or available for viewing later?

No. Session recordings will not be streamed or made available online following the event.

What time zone will the conference schedule use?

All event times will be listed in Central European Time (CET).

How can I network with other attendees?

XBIZ Amsterdam offers a unique company lounge experience along with multiple networking activities, including speed networking, Mix & Meet and special cocktail events. Each activity provides a different format for making new connections and strengthening existing relationships.

Will there be opportunities to interact with the speakers or panelists?

Yes. In addition to asking questions during sessions, attendees are welcome to approach speakers and panelists after their sessions conclude.

Is there a list of attendees or a way to contact them?

No. For privacy reasons, we do not release attendee lists. We encourage attendees to use XBIZ.net for online networking before, during and after the event.

How can I become a sponsor or promote my company at the event?

Is there a dress code?

We recommend professional or business-casual attire for XBIZ Amsterdam. Formal attire is required for the XMAs awards show.

3. Creators / Stars

Who can apply as talent?

We welcome creators, cam models and studio performers. Whether you're an established industry veteran or an emerging creator, and whether you're independent or represented by an agency or studio, we welcome you to be part of the event.

Is there a fee to participate as talent?

Qualified creators and talent may receive a complimentary talent signing station on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium stations and booths are available for purchase. Submit your application here or contact creators@x3.show for more information.

What benefits do talent receive?

Participating talent benefit from direct fan engagement, business networking and creator collaboration opportunities, increased brand exposure, media and promotional opportunities, and the ability to sell approved merchandise and photos. Talent also receive an event badge granting access to both X3 Expo and XBIZ Amsterdam.

Can I sell merchandise at the expo?

Yes. Talent with a dedicated booth or table may sell merchandise directly to fans, including signed prints, Polaroids, apparel, accessories, collectibles and fan bundles.

Can I share a booth with another creator?

Shared booths and creator groupings may be available, subject to space availability and approval.

Will there be opportunities to network with brands?

Yes. The events are designed to connect creators with platforms, studios, affiliate programs, merchandise companies, agencies, technology providers and fellow creators. Networking is a major part of the event experience and continues throughout the weekend.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a government-issued ID, comfortable shoes, business cards or QR codes, a portable charger, merchandise or signing supplies, cash or payment apps, and any content creation essentials you may need. If you plan to film content, please keep equipment manageable and venue-friendly. DSLR cameras with detachable lenses require advance approval and a media pass before they may be brought into the venue.

Can I create content at the expo?

Yes. Content creation is a major part of the event experience. Creators frequently film vlogs, fan interactions, interviews, short-form social media content, collaborations, cosplay content and lifestyle content throughout the event. Please always respect attendee consent, venue rules and the boundaries of fellow creators and guests.

What is the dress code for X3 Expo?

X3 Expo embraces sexy, expressive and creative fashion. Talent are welcome to wear lingerie, bikinis, festival wear, cosplay, glam looks, fetish-inspired fashion and other creative performance attire. However, all outfits must comply with applicable venue and event coverage requirements. Formal attire is required for the XMAs awards show.

What is the dress code for X3 Expo?

X3 Expo embraces sexy, expressive and creative fashion. Talent are welcome to wear lingerie, bikinis, festival wear, cosplay, glam looks, fetish-inspired fashion and other creative performance attire. However, all outfits must comply with applicable venue and event coverage requirements. Formal attire is required for the XMAs awards show.

Is nudity allowed?

No. Nudity is not permitted anywhere at the event, including the show floor, registration areas, hallways, panel rooms, meet-and-greets and special events. This includes the exposure of genitals, nipples or areolas. All attendees, exhibitors and talent must comply with venue and event coverage requirements at all times.
